Keriviqa Return Policy

Keriviqa provides a clear return process for eligible purchases that a customer wishes to send back.

Eligible Keriviqa products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below and any rights that apply under applicable law.

Return Conditions

• The item is connected to a valid Keriviqa order
• The product has not been materially damaged through misuse or unauthorized alteration
• Principal components supplied with the product are included where applicable

Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

If a Keriviqa order arrives with an incorrect product, material shipping damage, missing principal components, or another apparent fulfillment problem, please contact us promptly.

Keriviqa may request photographs or other reasonable information needed to review the issue.

Returned Product Condition

Keriviqa may review the condition of a returned product before approving the applicable return remedy.

Products materially damaged by misuse, unauthorized alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for the same remedy as products returned in acceptable condition, subject to applicable law.

Return Shipping
