Keriviqa Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases, transactions, and commercial services provided through Keriviqa.

Keriviqa is operated by Chongqing Xianghan Technology Development Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order through Keriviqa, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction together with other Keriviqa policies displayed on the store.

Product Information

Keriviqa aims to present product descriptions, images, available options, and other product information accurately.

Reasonable differences may occur because of display settings, photography, packaging updates, manufacturing variation, or other ordinary product variation.

Orders

Submission of an order does not prevent Keriviqa from completing reasonable payment, availability, fraud-prevention, shipping, or fulfillment checks before shipment.

Keriviqa may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected unauthorized activity, delivery restrictions, or another legitimate operational issue.

If Keriviqa cancels a paid order, the applicable payment amount will be refunded.

Pricing

Applicable product prices are shown on Keriviqa and during checkout.

Pricing, product availability, and promotions may change, subject to applicable law and correction of obvious errors.

Payments

Customers must have authorization to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and are further described in the Keriviqa Payment Policy.

Processing and Delivery

Keriviqa processes confirmed orders within 2 days.

Delivery matters are governed by the Keriviqa Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before shipment.

After shipment, returns are normally handled according to the Keriviqa Return Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by the Keriviqa Return Policy and Keriviqa Refund Policy.

Accurate Customer Information

Customers are responsible for supplying information sufficiently accurate to process an order and provide requested services.

Fraud and Misuse

Keriviqa may use reasonable measures to protect customers, transactions, the store, payment providers, and service providers against fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keriviqa is not responsible for loss resulting solely from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
