Cancellation & Order Changes Policy
Keriviqa accepts eligible cancellation and limited order-change requests
before shipment.
1. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation before the order has shipped.
Contact:
Include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Clear cancellation request
2. CANCELLATION CUTOFF
Keriviqa does not use a fixed 6-hour or 24-hour cancellation window.
The practical cutoff is shipment.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers may request an address correction before shipment.
We will attempt to make the change where fulfillment status permits.
4. QUANTITY CHANGES
Quantity changes are not supported after order placement.
5. PRODUCT / VARIANT CHANGES
Product or variant changes are not supported after order placement.
Where appropriate, customers may request cancellation before shipment
and place a new order.
6. CANCELLED PAID ORDERS
Where a paid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable payment
reversal or refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
